What is your shipping policy?

Hope & Joy is open from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. Central Standard Time. As soon as we receive your order, we will process it within 3 business days. We use USPS for our shipping method and will ship to the Continental United States only. Shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of your order and is automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

To where do you ship?

Hope & Joy ships only to the Continental United States. Shipments are unable to be delivered to P.O. Boxes and must be delivered to a street address. Any shipment that is returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Hope & Joy happily accepts returns and exchanges of any unwashed and unworn clothing that still retains all of its tags, as well as any defective items within 30 days of receipt of your order. We are not able to refund the cost of shipping or pay return shipping costs. You will need to pay for your own return shipping (and insurance if you choose to do so). We are not responsible for lost packages that are not shipped via insured mail.

What type of payment do you accept?

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as payments using PayPal. Hope & Joy is required to charge 7.275% on all items shipped to a Minnesota address.

What tax percentage do you charge?

We are lawfully required to charge 7.275% state sales tax for Minnesota customers only. We do not charge sales tax for customers in any other state to which we ship.

Hope & Joy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing help, hope, and happiness to anyone suffering from the disease of addiction. All donations will go towards addiction awareness and other entities that help people find recovery. Please visit our DONATION page for more information.
